Product showed up late and damaged. Paid in full on 11/14 and arrived on 1/17 damaged.

We regret that your goods were damaged and that it took a long time to receive them. To this end, we make the following explanation:
You placed the order on 2023.11.14, we finished the production on 2023.11.28 and delivered the goods on 2023.11.29. We showed you the products before delivery and confirmed that they were in good condition (the following pictures can testify for us). The product arrived at the US customs on 2023.12.27, but you only received the goods on 2024.01.17, which is really the responsibility of the logistics carrier. Once again, we would like to express our sincere apologies.
